At Homescape property solutions we endeavour to carry out maintenance work to the highest professional standard. We try to provide peace of mind for all of our customers, both private and commercial and feel that the following precautions go towards creating this confidence in our services.
Insurance
We have 25 years of decorating and maintenance experience behind us and within that time have had no complaints or been required to claim on our insurance for any reason. However we are public liability insured for the peace of mind and protection of our customers and ourselves. For full details please contact us.
Quotes
You should not pay for a quote to have work carried out. We do not charge to quote for any work. All our quotes are free of charge and we offer a paper copy posted to you, or an email version as a greener option. These options are also available for invoices and receipts. Homescape will honour a quote for 45 days from the published date, after this period a quote may be subject to change due to material, fuel or other cost increases. We maintain that our prices are as competitive as any and would be happy to give you a quote.
Alterations of work
We are confident in our ability to deliver a high quality standard of workmanship. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the job carried out, we would be happy to correct the problem.
Payment
For smaller work we would expect payment when the project has been completed and would provide an invoice to the customer at that time. However for larger projects we may require part payment at a halfway point, which would be agreed before work commences and would be subject to customer approval at that half way point. Homescape can accept bank transfer payments as well as cheques and cash. Unfortunately we cannot accept credit or debit cards at present. Payment terms are 14 days from the published date on the invoice.
